Service- and maintenance contracts

AVAB CAC has running service and maintenance contracts with several of our clients, including the National Theatre and the Norwegian National Opera. Our service and maintenance contracts principally contribute to ensuring that all equipment supplied by AVAB CAC and covered by such agreements maintains the highest operating level possible, and that the system has as little down-time as possible. The intention is also to contribute to overcoming all technical and administrative obstacles and complications associated with fast service. By providing advance guidelines for use in such emergencies, both parties can contribute to quickly and smoothly solving problems, and thus reduce the negative effects of any failures. The goal is to extend the life of the equipment and minimize the number of equipment failures through routine controls and service.
